Physical Therapy Employment

This position is based in Home Health Care.

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy program to relieve pain, to restore function, and to enable the patient to return to society in his/her maximum capacity while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. $5,000 sign-on bonus based on previous experience.

B.S. degree in physical therapy from accredited institution, or a B.S. degree and a certificate in physical therapy, and an Indiana license to practice physical therapy. Minimum two years of physical therapy experience required.  One-year home health experience preferred.  Must be able to lift and carry using good body mechanics. Good communication skills required.
