About the Practice:
Christiana Care is seeking a second Family Medicine Physician to complement our growing, successful practice located in Smyrna, DE .
The physician will provide full service outpatient family medicine to a growing community with many young families. Services include primary medical care to adults and children, gynecology and women's health, Immunizations, physical examinations, preventive medicine, and the treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
The practice is located in modern facilities which also house an on-site pharmacy, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, imaging and a café.
On-call is shared among the Christiana Care Family Medicine practices creating a manageable work-life balance. Opportunities for teaching are also available.
Salary/Benefits
Christiana Care offers an attractive guaranteed base salary plus incentive and offers employees an outstanding benefits package, including family medical and dental coverage, malpractice insurance, 31 days of paid time off per year, 5 days and $2500 toward CME, and career growth opportunities within a supportive atmosphere.
