Our client, a leading Home Health provider, is seeking a Director of Physical Therapy in Everett, WA.
As Director of Physical Therapy, you will...
- Develop operating, financial and marketing protocols (procedures, practices).
- Determine market potential, competition and medical community support for specialty.
- Assist with marketing efforts to physicians and other help care professionals.
- Develop training programs for field staff and maintain ongoing clinical knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- 8+ years of healthcare experience.
- 3+ years of management/supervisory experience in a home health agency.
- Must have knowledge of home health regulations.
- Business development and marketing skills desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
