As a Gentiva Safe Strides Director you will:

• Coordinates multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-specific care.  Monitors clinical outcomes for the highest level of excellence in clinical care.
  
• Communicates with the physician, hospitals and facilities on care provided.  Meets with existing and potential customers to educate on clinical components of Gentiva Safe Strides.
  
• Develops and implements operating, financial, and marketing standards for the growth of the Specialty in the location.
  
• Collaborates in the recruiting, interviewing and hiring of clinical staff for the Specialty.
  
• Facilitates training programs for field staff including specialized training and monthly labs.
  
• Assist with the preparation of Specialty budget and monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
  
• Acts as central resource for information on Gentiva Safe Strides.

Qualifications
*Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy Program

*A minimum of five years experience in balance dysfunction preferred

*Three years of supervisory experience 

*Business development and marketing skills desired 

*Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
